I am currently teaching private lessons from my own home. Each lesson is 1 hr. Depending on your child's needs and goals ( must be discussed prior to beginning lessons) I include fitness in a fun and healthy way. We drill coordination as it's imperative for skill development. There will be basic de- escalation followed by some self-defense training and helpful appropriate vocabulary.
