Music lessons in Ottawa (Alta Vista): guitar, piano, singing, etc.

I've studied vocal Jazz at Humber College and I am currently in Ottawa singing professionally with a band.

I have been teaching piano for 13 years to students age 3-65, from very beginners to advanced students preparing for exams and competitions. I personally took 12 years of private lessons, completing countless competitions and exams. I still compete occasionally as an adult. I customize all lessons to each student, moving at a pace that is comfortable for them while accomplishing goals set by the student, their parents, and myself.

I have my Grade 9 royal conservatory certificate and my grade 2 music theory certificate. Before I moved away from home for school I taught three girls between the ages of 7 and 10 and brought them to the local Kiwanis music festival. I can play very basic accompaniments on piano and lead children through basic vocal exercises.
