I am an RECE recently graduated. I have experience with a variety of age groups and know how to plan for fun activities that will not only keep them engaged but build on their skills. I also speak french and spanish.
I believe that children are full of potential and need an adult figure who can dedicate quality time to them and be fully emerged and responsive to their ideas and needs. I have experience in Montessori as well as emergent curriculum. I firmly believe in outdoor play as the natural elements teach us a lot about who we are, how we feel and how things work (science). I try to find teaching moments in any activity and ask open-ended questions to understand how the child perceives the world.
