I am a University of Guelph student studying Adult Development and Biology. I have a history of math, calculus, science, and english in high school. I volunteered in high school and a math and science tutor for other high school students. I have also tutored math and reading to primary age students. Additionally, I have volunteered in a preschool classroom. I love to work with children and also would like to pursue teaching in my future. I am kind and patient and have multiple ways to teach young children varying subjects. As a high school student I attended sessions with a tutor to help me better understand concepts, but also to learn with varying techniques. I know that a tutor can help a person better understand a concept but also to install confidence in students so that they feel prepared for their lessons and tests. I am a caring and helpful individual and believe that I can help you or your children excel in school!
