My name is Melanie and I love to help! I have my diploma in Early Childhood Education which shows that I have a caregiver personality.
I am currently helping my great Uncle who has just moved to a retirement home in my town. He has been diagnosed with the beginning of dementia and therefore I have been visiting him daily to help him settle in his new home with as minimal confusion as possible. I have been company for him, shown him around the home, and helped him at meal time with cutting and pouring as well as helping him hang/fold and put away his clothing.
