My name is Dael and I am in my second year of university. I am studying for my Bachelor of Music degree at Mount Allison University.
I will be travelling between Sackville and Shediac all summer, and can also travel to Moncton.
I have been taking music lessons for years in percussion including drum set, mallet, etc.
I can teach basic level theory and piano, and can teach basic up to more experienced percussion. I also love music history and wouldn't mind teaching that if asked.
I am hoping to study to become a teacher and would love to gain some experience. I have already taught basic music skills (theory, piano, history) to a high school class of grade nine and ten for a class credit. Not only did I teach the students but I also taught myself some things including patience, understanding, and how to teach to different personalities and learning styles. I would certainly love to keep learning, as I hope to be teaching as a career for the rest of my life.

I would definitely like to discuss rates with the parents as it all depends on what I will be teaching or what is asked of me. I feel it would be much better to discuss instead of assume. I will put a starting rate as 7.50 an hour, but it will definitely change.
