I am an excellent cook- I specialize in vegan and gluten free foods made from local, seasonal, and organic ingredients, whenever possible. I have references from a nutritionist who can attest to how nutritionally dense my meals are. I am willing to cook with animal products and gluten as well, just not with red meat.

I have experience as a personal assistant- including housekeeping duties, meal prep, organizational tasks, and errands.
