Hello,
My name is Anne Mott and I am a certified teacher in the province of Manitoba. I have four years of classroom teaching experience.
My speciality areas include Mathematics (Kindergarten to grade 8), Visual Arts, English Language Arts/reading comprehension and phonics, and Science (Kindergarten to Grade 8).
I take a student-centered approach to teaching and tutoring, and I like to plan lessons around different learning styles (e.g: visual, kinesthetic, auditory, etc). I build on students' prior knowledge and reinforce academic concepts as students discover and learn them.
