My name is Shupi . I am currently enrolled in the Personal Support Worker program at Fanshawe College. Currently I am at a co-op placement at Earls Court Village here in London and through this I have learned a lot about assisting people with all levels of ability both physically and mentally and providing them with personal care and help with ADL's. I have many years of experience working with the elderly, during high school I volunteered at a retirement home where my main duties included organizing weekly activities for the residents. I have adequate experience working with residents with Dementia, Alzheimer's, Strokes and more. Caring for people is my passion and I take it very seriously. I believe happiness is contagious, and because I believe in this so strongly, I will always be seen smiling. In addition to my partial completion of the PSW program, I also have CPR/First Aid training as well as the necessary skills and qualifications to provide the best client based care possible from just being a friendly face to keep someone company or providing personal care. I am a respectful, compassionate and honest person and I love meeting new people!
