I used to love to travel, shop, visit and in general just hang with my Grandpa and Grandmas. I miss them dearly as I spent as much time as possible with them. I would accompany the senior in your life when time does not permit you to accompany them. Plans can be customized from a simple visit a couple days a week for company and companionship to accompanying Grandma to a family wedding escorting her throughout the day and delivering her home at the time she wants to leave the function...while every one else can continue with the festivities knowing Grandma is home safe, sound and happy. Allow me to do the week to week work of laundry, grocery shopping, light house keeping that when you go see her you can spend quality time with your loved one. Or know that when you are gone on that family vacation, Grandma is at home with me gently watching over her and looking after your regular duties without a change in her comfort or schedule. I would treat your Grandma like she was my Grandma.
