I worked at the Vulcan extendicare for about 2 years. I also did in home care in Lethbridge elderly and younger clients with disabilities. I worked with the same family for about 5 years. I did housekeeping, cooked meals, taking clients to the doctor or getting groceries. Going for walks when the weather permitted, looking through family albums, playing board games anything to help the client keep their mind sharp. I did get PCA certification but it has since expired
